Taking part in a three-day market is a real investment, especially in an event's first year. Following vendor feedback, we've reduced our full-weekend booth fees to $475 for an 8x7 space and $525 for an 8x8 space, including HST.
These rates apply to new and existing vendors. If you've already paid in full, we'll refund the difference. If you've paid a deposit, we'll adjust your remaining balance and contact you directly with the updated details.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Acceptance is based on product quality and category fit. We'll be in touch within 24 hours, so keep an eye on your inbox. There's no obligation until you're accepted and choose to move forward.
Once accepted, a fully refundable $150 deposit confirms your space and is applied toward your total booth fee.
After the $150 deposit, your remaining balance is $325 for an 8x7 booth or $375 for an 8x8 booth.

💚 Community & charity booths: we set aside a limited number of complimentary booths (5) for local charities and nonprofit organizations doing meaningful community work. If that's you, just fill out the vendor information below and we'll get you sorted out.
